Skill: None. Starting the Year off with a Hero W.O.D. as a reminder that we are blessed everyday with the opportunity to live in such an awesome country. We are fortunate that there are those who are willing to sacrifice everything for others. So as we begin this new year, with new goals and new aspirations we can pause and reflect for a moment about how lucky we really are. When we feel like quitting, or complaining, or not giving our best effort, we can regain perspective and give our best to honor the sacrifices that have been made on our behalf and to honor the greatest gift of all, life itself! Give it everything you have today. Happy New Year!
