Skill:  Skill: 3 Rounds of 1 Min max goblet squats with KB in rack position, rest & transition to rower 1 minute, row 250M, rest and transition back to goblet squats, repeat. KB or DB rx 50/35, Rx+ 70/45.

W.O.D.:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 GHD sit-ups
20 Turkish get-ups with a 50/35-lb. dumbbell
30 GHD sit-ups
40 single-arm overhead squats with a 50/35-lb. dumbbell
