Skill: Burpee pull over practice 3-3-3 or Muscle Ups 3-3-3. WOD: Partner WOD (17 minute AMRAP): One partner 400m run with med ball (20/14); while other partner completes as many rounds as possible of 8 push press (75/55); 8 squats; 8 kettle bell swings (55/35).
